Terms and Conditions
Version 2026-10-13 — Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the site assevglobal.com, of the consultation and onboarding forms and, when it is available, of the investor portal operated by ASSEV Global.
By browsing the site, sending information through our forms or accessing the portal, you accept these terms to the extent that they apply to your interaction with ASSEV. These terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Informational nature of the site
The content published on this site is for informational purposes and for the general presentation of ASSEV's operating model. Unless individual documentation expressly states otherwise, the site does not constitute a public offering of securities, a general invitation to invest or personalised financial advice.
3. Eligibility and access
ASSEV's services are directed at persons who are of legal age and subject to a prior assessment of compatibility, documentation and internal operating criteria. Requesting information or beginning onboarding does not guarantee approval, registration or access to the model.
4. Consultation and onboarding requests
When you use consultation or onboarding forms, you undertake to provide information that is truthful, current and sufficient to allow your case to be assessed. ASSEV may request additional information, validate data or halt the process where it detects inconsistencies, missing documentation or incompatibility with the operating framework.
5. Scope of the operating model
ASSEV is a trading firm. It designs algorithmic strategies and trades with them in the financial markets. The investor keeps their trading account in their own name at a regulated broker; ASSEV is responsible for operational oversight, the execution of strategies and the continuous monitoring of the account, within the parameters agreed with each investor.
The structure separates custody (broker), execution and operational oversight (ASSEV) and capital decisions (investor). Deposits, withdrawals and the continuity of the relationship with the broker remain under the investor's control, except as expressly agreed in individual documentation.
The description of the model contained in this site is general. The economic, operational and documentary terms applicable to a particular investor are governed by the agreements and documents formalised in each case.
6. Fees and economic terms
ASSEV may charge fees on, or a share of, the return earned, according to the structure agreed with each investor. The specific economic terms, including percentages, frequency, calculation method and exceptions, are formalised in the individual documentation of each account and are not governed by this general document.
ASSEV does not charge fees on the capital deposited, only on the net return earned, unless otherwise established in writing.
7. Use of the investor portal
When ASSEV makes an investor portal available, it will be a restricted-access environment. Each user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials, access codes and devices. You must not share access or attempt to compromise the functioning of the portal.
ASSEV may limit, suspend or revoke access where there are security risks, misuse, a breach of these terms or a reasonable operational need.
8. Reports, metrics and informational materials
The reports, views, metrics, snapshots, comparisons and other materials shown on the site or in the portal are generated on the basis of the information available at the time they are issued and may be subject to subsequent adjustments, validations or reconciliations.
Historical and comparative results do not imply a guarantee of future performance and must be read together with the operational context of each account and with the applicable individual documentation.
9. Technology and use of artificial intelligence
ASSEV uses technological tools to operate the service, including systems for the automated synchronisation of market data, AES-256 encryption of sensitive information and data processing by artificial intelligence to generate analysis and informational content.
The use of artificial intelligence is complementary and supporting. Significant operational decisions have human oversight. No content generated by AI is to be interpreted as personalised financial advice.
10. Third-party services and platforms
ASSEV relies on third parties for infrastructure, transactional email, authentication, database, storage, reports and the operation of the service. In addition, certain relationships involve brokers or external counterparties. ASSEV is not responsible for the policies, availability or acts of third parties that operate under their own terms and conditions.
11. Intellectual property
The texts, trade marks, logos, images, interfaces, reports and other content of the site belong to ASSEV or are used with authorisation. Copying, redistributing, republishing or exploiting materials from the site is not permitted without prior written authorisation, except for strictly personal uses or uses permitted by law.
12. Permitted use of the site
You must not use the site or the portal to:
- enter false or misleading information;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
- interfere with the technical functioning of the service;
- extract, automate or reuse content or data improperly.
13. Limitation of liability
ASSEV will endeavour to keep the site and the portal available and with reasonably up-to-date information, but it does not guarantee continuous availability, the total absence of errors or that all content will remain free from interruptions, delays or third-party failures.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ASSEV will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site, from the inability to access it or from exclusive reliance on materials of a general nature published on this website.
14. Risk and absence of guarantee
Trading and participation in financial markets involve a risk of loss of capital. No content published by ASSEV is to be interpreted as a guarantee of returns, of preservation of capital or of any particular future result.
15. Force majeure
ASSEV will not be liable for delays, interruptions or failures to perform arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: failures in the platforms of brokers or infrastructure providers, market disruptions, regulatory restrictions, natural disasters, armed conflicts, pandemics, telecommunications failures or acts of public authority.
16. Indemnity
The user undertakes to hold ASSEV, its officers, collaborators and representatives harmless against any claim, damage or expense arising from a breach of these terms, from misuse of the site or portal, or from the provision of false or inaccurate information.
17. Account closure and termination
The investor may request the closure of their relationship with ASSEV at any time, by giving written notice to inversores@assevglobal.com. The closure process will be carried out as established in the individual documentation of each account, respecting the operational time frames needed for the liquidation of positions and the final reconciliation.
ASSEV reserves the right to terminate the relationship where there is a breach of these terms, a breach of the individual documentation, operational impossibility or legal grounds for doing so, giving the investor reasonable advance notice.
18. Changes to the site and to these terms
ASSEV may at any time modify the content of the site, its access flows, its digital operating structure and these terms. The version in force will be the one published on this page with its corresponding update date. If there are material changes, ASSEV will endeavour to notify active investors through the usual channels.
19. Precedence of individual documents
If you come to establish a formal relationship with ASSEV, the individual agreements, letters of instruction, onboarding documentation, economic terms, operational policies and broker terms applicable to your account will prevail over any general description contained in this site where there is a contradiction.
20. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms or from the use of the site will preferably be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties. If the negotiation does not prove satisfactory within a reasonable period, the parties may resort to mediation or arbitration as established in the applicable individual documentation.
For investors who do not have individual documentation establishing a specific mechanism, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction and legislation applicable according to the investor's domicile and the nature of the relationship.
21. Applicable law and contact
These terms will be interpreted in accordance with the regulations applicable to the operation and to the documentation governing the specific relationship with each user or investor, as the case may be. In the absence of a specific agreement, the legislation of the domicile of ASSEV Global will apply.
For questions related to these terms you can write to inversores@assevglobal.com.
